The room incl. bathroom (32 sqm!) is located in our attic. It includes 1 double bed, 1 pull-out couch, 1 desk, 1 smart TV, 1 elliptical, shelves, wardrobe and 1 private daylight bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Only 22 km to Hamburg's city center! Very good highway and public transport connections (HH and LG); Supermarkets, bank/savings bank, post office, restaurant, etc., within walking distance. Only about 1 km to A1/A7/A39 (Maschener Kreuz), bus stop 1 min. on foot. The space The guest room includes the entire attic and is therefore very spacious including private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (32 sqm). There is a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a pull-out couch (1.35 m x 1.90 m), so it is also well suited for couples and families, but not for children under 2 years. Guest access The guest room includes its own living area and a working and sleeping area and a private bathroom with shower. In addition, our terrace and kitchen can also be used. There is a separate refrigerator available, so self-catering is easily possible - a supermarket is right next door. During your stay I live in the same house and am available personally as well as by message for questions. When the weather is good, hours together are conceivable and desirable on the spacious terrace. We look forward to seeing you as guests and here and there a small ‘Klönschnack‘.
