If you are not an animal lover, my place is probably not a good fit. This is not a resort..rather a true Caribbean home. This is our home, and we LOVE to share our beautiful Island with you! Although US is in our address..that is about the only thing here you will find in common with the US mainland. We are UNIQUELY different.. and WE LOVE THAT! If you are looking for a cookie cutter resort, or post card perfect place, St Croix is not for you. If you seek adventure, hidden spots, amazing food, and beaches all to yourself, this is the place for you! We are a non-smoking facility We have four 1 bedroom units, two studio units, and a one bedroom streetside unit. We have tried very hard to describe our property in detail, so you know what to expect from your stay with us! Ask about our special rates for extended stay's from August-September! Beautiful, historic 1786 property, located right in the heart of Frederiksted town. Walk to the pier, diving, the Fort, and many restaurants and beaches. Please note, we are right in town..3 blocks from the waterfront. We have a locked, secure private 1/2 acre courtyard to enjoy. Island Breeze is a newly renovated LARGE Studio unit. Perfect for a single or couple, and very affordable! This large studio has newer tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and has an amazing mural painted by a local artist in the bathroom. Wifi in this unit is not very strong because of the brick/stone walls. Works best on the patio/garden area. If you need a stronger signal, I would suggest an upper level unit. This unit has TV available with either Apple TV or Ruku. I live ON PROPERTY, FULL TIME. Guest access We have a BBQ for use of all guests, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear. Bikes for a nominal fee. Please be respectful of other guests when using the courtyard and pool. We ask for quiet voices after 11PM Other things to note Please don't hesitate to ask us ANY questions!
