Ringwood Centre Location with field view

Double en-suite room in a cul-de-sac with a rural outlook. Deers can often be seen in the field if you are an early bird. The house is 3 minutes level walk to Ringwood Town Centre, Ringwood Parish Church and Doulos Training as well as all the shops, bars and restaurants that it has to offer. There is an easy access to public transport from the town centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and anyone with a kid. The space The double room is on the ground floor of a country cottage that has been recently renovated. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room, is clean and good size (3m x 4.65m), situated off the living room. It is cosy with an upmarket double bed, large wardrobe & desk. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with an electric shower, small sink and toilet to ensure that you have privacy and can feel at home while being away from home. Please note, that the shower is electric and therefore the pressure and flow amount of water is lower then you would expect to have with the power shower. If travelling with a child, please remember that there is only one double bed in the room. Fresh linen and towels are supplied. There is a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee in the room. There are 9 plugs in the room, 3 of which are on the desk for easy access to heat water and charge gadgets. Breakfast is not included but you are welcome to store what is needed in the fridge and use milk. This is a pet free and smoke free home. Guest access You’ll love my place because of its location in Ringwood town centre as well as being on the edge of the New Forest and in close proximity (approx. 16 miles) to Bournemouth town centre and the beaches. Access is easy, as it lies adjasent to the A31. London is only a 90 minutes drive away, via A31/M27/M3. There are also frequent National Express coaches, with drop off in Ringwood Town centre. The beaches of Bournemouth, along with its bars and nightlife are only 15-20 min away. There is a single parking space right outside the property. If you have more cars please notify me in advance, so that I can make arrangements to allocate you extra space where possible. I will supply you with your own key upon arrival, so that you can come and go as you please. There are tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. If you wish to use the kitchen please ask and be mindful that it is a shared space. Wi-Fi code is available as part of your itinerary. During your stay I am happy to help you with any questions you may have, interaction is as often as you want. Guests will also have my number in case you need anything or have an emergency. Other things to note I live in the property with my daughter and 1 young cat. Please read instructions carefully to be fully satisfied with all or ask me if anything is unclear in advance. Enjoy the property, of course feel at ease, but please treat it with respect. No electrical vehicle charging point at the property. Use central town charging stations (7min walk away) please. Smoking only outside please. No pets please unless agreed in advance. If you would like to arrive earlier than check-in time, small charge applies. Please ask if it is possible.
