Bedroom 1 has a King bed in the master suite with a large bathtub and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The finished basement is a spacious 500+sq. ft. wall to wall carpet room. There is room for several others to sleep if you bring your own air mattresses (room for at least 4 more air mattresses). On the main floor there are 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath. There is a mud room area with a HE washer / dryer. There is also a detached 200 sq. ft. study that you are welcome to go and have a quiet place to be. You may also enjoy hanging out on our large front porch (porch swing/glider/etc.) or our back deck with a table and gas grill. Also, there are 2 swings hanging on trees on the property that your kids would love. Guest access You are welcome to have access to the whole house. Most times the separate apartment will have someone living in it, but in the summer months the apartment could be included. So please feel free to ask questions. This is our full time home so please be aware that there will be full closets and full dressers etc. Other things to note There is a young married couple that rents an apartment in the basement full time. It has private exterior entrance and a separate space. It is not currently included in this listing but may be in the future so please feel free to ask about it.
