The space The Brown House, a corner house at the end of the street with breathtaking desert views in the heart of the Arava. A private, spacious ground-floor guest unit designed for comfort, freedom, and unforgettable experiences. Rooms Three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two doubles with queen beds, TV, and AC, and a small room with a bunk bed plus a child’s bed (up to age 6), suitable for up to three children. Linen and blankets included. Sutiable for: * Two couples * A couple + 1-4 children * Two couples + 1-3 children * 3 adults (one per room) or 6 friends Living Areas Two lounges for relaxing, reading, or spending time together. Comfortable sofas, books, and games. One lounge can be arranged as extra sleeping space. Kitchen & Dining Fully equipped open kitchen with basic essentials, cold-water dispenser, and large dining table for shared meals. Bathrooms Three private bathrooms with shower, hot water, soap, and shampoo. Towels provided. Sauna Indoor dry cedar sauna, spacious and private for up to six guests. Outdoor Spaces Front yard: Heated pool (seasonal) with towels, seating bar with views, charcoal grill, smoker, outdoor shower, hammocks, sunbeds, and shaded seating. Terrace Covered terrace with seating and a floating swing. Backyard The house is largely designed with vintage, collected, and upcycled pieces. In the backyard behind the house, you'll find a small private flea market with unique items for sale, a charming corner that tells the story of the house where it all begins. Location & Walking Access Close to desert trails, Sapir Lake and Park, a grocery store, synagogue, café, and swimming center. Guest access The entire property is for your private use *There is a protected space inside the house  Other things to note Important Things to Know -Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed. -No smoking inside the house; smoking is allowed only in the yard and on the terrace. -Sapir is a quiet residential community. Please respect the neighbors: music is allowed at a reasonable volume during the day and is prohibited at night. -Parties are not allowed. -Ball games are not allowed inside the house or in the yard to prevent damage to furniture or lighting. -On Yom Kippur, barbecues and music in the yard are prohibited, out of respect for the surroundings. -Pets are not allowed inside the house or yard; the stay is pet-free.
