Very private, mid-century modern gated home w/ pool located in the Demuth Park area of Central Palm Springs . A 5 min. drive to the Palm Springs Airport and 10 min. to Downtown Palm Springs (restaurants, clubs, shopping & more). The private & gated front garden has mountain views. Your private guestroom off the front courtyard has a queen bed, desk, microwave, mini fridge and flat screen TV. The lanai w/ pool & seating areas are directly off the great room. And, there is a parking space in front of the house.
