Casa Sommer is all what you need to spend with your family and friends, getting away of the noisy city to be in a great environment close the beach. This beautiful home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, air conditioners, ceiling fans, full equipped kitchen, refreshing pool, and a beautiful view to the ocean. Other things to note Check with host if you’re interested in adding extra guests. Extra guests won’t be accepted without prior authorization and additional charge. The house provides 20 kwh daily, if the client exceeds that daily amount the client commits to pay $0.50 dollars per Kwh. The caretaker will take a picture of the electric meter before and after you arrive. For Holidays there's a minimum of 04 nights, always. (Holy Week, Christmas, New Years Eve)
