Cozy smart beach house with a beautiful PRIVATE illuminated Pool , Jacuzzi & Waterfall. Near Coronado's main road and just 900 mts away from the closest beach. The house has 2 rooms and a comfortable living room all with a/c, 55 “ TV with Cable TV and fully equipped kitchen . Big Terrace w/ceiling fans. Up to 8 people can sleep in the house. You also can enjoy a high speed WIFI and as a option use ALEXA to control some lights, the pool, the TV and Netflix or Spotify just using your VOICE. The space The house is located in CORONADO BEACH, 55 minutes away from Panama City (Central America) on a well-lit and quiet street off Coronado's main road. Coronado is a closed beach complex in the Pacific Ocean, with a security point at the entrance. Also the house has an entire FENCE and EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS for your safety. There are NO CAMERAS installed INSIDE the house. Also, if you prefer not to use smart amenities of the house, you can operate all the house using regular remote controls and wall switches. You are near Coronado's main attractions, like shops, restaurants and supermarkets without driving too much. This is a family beach house, so it has a really "homy" feel to it and you will definitely notice it! YOU WILL HAVE A PRIVATE FENCED PROPERTY, POOL AND A TERRACE FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE. The average temperature in Panama is 28*C or 82*F, so the Jacuzzi works at room temperature, it is a non-heated jacuzzi. These are special times, do not put your health at risk by sharing a pool or social area with strangers outside your bubble, we also follow a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol. So take in consideration that in “other properties” such as buildings or beach complexes, they limit the number of visitors, operation hours or can not play music at the pool, among other activities that they restrict, such as barbecue. We have a BBQ. In this house you do not have to share the pool with strangers or ask permission to receive visitors or refrain from listening your music or refrain from making your own BBQ. You are free to do all the above if you rent with us. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR PRIVACY, SECURITY AND HEALTH. VERY IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. The maximum capacity of the house are 8 persons, please choose another property if your group is more than 8 people. The basic rate is for two people, $10 will be charged per additional person per night. The Platform automatically calculates the price once you enter the correct number of people. 2. I do not communicate outside the platform, also airbnb blocks telephone numbers. 3. Parties, loud music or pets are not allowed. 4. The house is NEBULIZED by fifth generation quaternary ammonium, that is, it is SANITIZED with each use for your safety 5. The minimun stay is 2 nights on regular dates 6. The cleaning fee covers your departure only. If you require additional cleanings either upon request or for long stays, they will be offered for an additional charge. Guest access The property is a duplex, you are going to occupy one of the houses (the left one, in front of the pool) but nobody will be there during you stay, you will have EXCLUSIVE access to the PRIVATE pool, non-heated jacuzzi, terrace, garden/patio , and secured inside parking for up to 3 cars. Extra parking spots are available outside the house in the street. The house inside measures 970sq ft (90sq m), has a roofed terrace of 540sq ft (50sq m), and has a garden of 5,380sq ft (500sq m). BBQ & pool chairs are available. The living room has two Recliner Chairs, a full size Sofa bed, Inverter A/C, 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Fire TV Cube (Alexa) and Sound Bar. Enjoy! Other things to note We have everything you will need: blackout curtains in the bedrooms, full kitchen utensils, pots and pans, microwave, small table oven (not full size oven), blender, coffee maker, small food chopper and quesadilla maker, sun chairs, folding table and extra chairs, beach towels, bedding and pillows, coolers and gas barbecue. You just have to relax and enjoy!
