The Coach House

Cosy two ensuite bedroom guesthouse in Fittleworth with stunning views of The South Downs A short distance from Goodwood, Petworth House, Cowdray Park and Arundel. Located within the grounds of the main residence with plenty of parking and a warm and friendly pub right across the road .Full kitchen including dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Private patio. (Please contact me if your preferred dates don't look available.) The space The Coach House is located adjacent to the main residence. This is a Victorian Barn conversion in which my parents live. The Coach House has two ensuite bedrooms. Bedroom one has a King sized bed and a new ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom two has two single beds which can also be pushed together to make a King sized bed and space for a travel cot on request. This ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bath and a separate shower. The main living area has an open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room with patio doors which open onto a private patio, providing wonderful views of the main garden and of The South Downs. Plenty of parking is available. The Coach House is completely separate from the main house and has a private entrance. The whole property is accessed through coded gates off the main road and up a short drive to the side of the property. Gate access codes will be provided on day of arrival for easy access to and from the property. Guest access Private patio. WiFi Other things to note The Coach House Patio is the only outdoor area available for your use. The rest of the garden is private garden for use by the main residents.
