"Standards corner" - magical tiny home by the water
Description
Are you an author and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you've finished looking. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet. The space The wonderful lake cottage from the last century is called Standards hörna. According to legend, Evert Taube lived in this cottage and wrote Vals på Sunnanö here, where the waltz itself was danced at the boarding house next door and Sunnanö was Taube's name for Södermöja. From the window, there is a view of Hemsundet and Byholmen across the street, where Taube's good friend, the famous artist Jules Sylvain, had the idyllic farm built. The house is suitable for the lone traveler or two people who enjoy staying close to each other. I've also had couples with babies who think it's been good. At the entrance, there is a private patio surrounded by wind protection and lilacs. Just below the plot on the village's common, you can swim at a small sandy beach. There is also a sauna that my guests can book. As a tenant, you also have access to my private jetty. There is good reception for mobile phones so that streaming movies or working is excellent. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, private toilet, shared shower, my private dock, sauna and sandy beach. There is a small rowboat that guests can borrow to get over to Möja or just for small trips around Båtsviken. Waxholm boats also run several times a day between Södermöja and Möja. Occasionally, I go over myself and then, of course, guests can come along.
