The space The house offers spacious, bright, and cozy spaces designed for guests to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Upon entering the house, you come into a pleasant hall that leads to the main common areas of the house. The living room is comfortable and features a sofa area and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or for spending time with family and friends. This space connects to the indoor dining area, creating a pleasant and functional environment for meals during the stay. The living areas do not have air conditioning. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It has good work surfaces and natural light, which makes it practical and comfortable. The home has several bright double bedrooms decorated in a simple and relaxed style that conveys a sense of tranquility. The rooms have comfortable beds, closets for storage, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. They also have air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is located on the top floor of the house, in the rooftop area, which is accessed from the outside via a staircase. This bedroom offers a more private space within the property and has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The house also has another full bathroom with a shower for guests’ convenience. Outside, you will find some of the property's most pleasant spaces. The house has a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, perfect for quiet breakfasts or dinners on summer evenings. Next to it is the private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and Mediterranean vegetation, creating an ideal space to relax and enjoy Mallorca’s climate. The property also has several additional terraces that offer different spots to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy the area’s tranquil atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay. You will be free to use the interior areas of the home, including the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy all the property’s outdoor areas, including the covered terrace with outdoor dining area, the garden, the various terraces, and the private pool with sun loungers. In addition, guests will have access to the bedroom located at the top of the house, in the rooftop area. This bedroom is accessed from the outside via a flight of stairs and has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The house is rented privately, so there are no spaces shared with other guests. Other things to note In accordance with the current regulations of the Government of the Balearic Islands, guests must pay the Sustainable Tourism Tax (ecotax) before check-in. The fee is €2 per person per night (over 16s). From the 8th night onward, the amount is reduced to 50%. This tax is not included in the reservation price and must be paid prior to the check-in date.
