The space 🌊 Vengsøy Rorbuer – On the outskirts of Tromsø Welcome to Vengsøy Rorbuer, a collection of three modern and cozy rorbuer by the sea, located on Vengsøy – an hour's drive and ferry ride from Tromsø. Here, in a small community of only 75 inhabitants, you get a rare opportunity to experience authentic island life, magnificent nature and true tranquility. Here's what you can expect during your stay. 🏠 The Rorbuer Each cabin is thoughtfully designed to give you modern comfort combined with the simplicity of island life. The waterfront houses can accommodate up to 6 guests and are perfect for couples, families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful break. First floor The living room: A warm and inviting living room with windows that offer great views of the sea and mountains. Relax on the couch with a cup of coffee or tea, watch TV, or enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Perfect for relaxation and reflection. Kitchen and Dining Room: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals: modern stove and oven, dishwasher, spacious fridge with freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils. We provide coffee, tea, coffee filters and baking paper. The dining table seats 6 guests and is ideal for pleasant meals together. Bathrooms: Tiled bathroom with heated floors, spacious shower, wall-mounted toilet and good storage space for your toiletries. Laundry room and storage room: Equipped with washing machine, drying rack and cleaning equipment - everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay. Second floor Three Bedrooms: Two Sea-facing Bedrooms: Each room has two single beds, beautiful sea views and direct access to a shared balcony – a perfect place for morning coffee or stargazing in the evening. Master bedroom: Overlooking the mountains and a comfortable double bed. Other Bathrooms: An extra toilet with storage space provides extra convenience for larger groups or families. 🌿 Outdoor area Two-level Terrace: Go out on a spacious terrace that is furnished for use throughout the season. The lower level is closest to the sea. Hot tub by the sea: The heated hot tub (can be ordered for an extra charge) gives you a unique experience – enjoy the warmth while listening to the waves, and maybe you'll see the northern lights dance across the sky. Sauna: Warm up in the sauna after a day of exploring the island, relax with sea views (can be booked for an extra charge). Remember to check the ferry route well in advance of departure, so you can plan your trip without stress. The ferry runs several times a day, but departure times may vary.
