Located 5-minute walk from Jean Jaurès metro station, on the first floor of a secured residence and close to all amenities and shops. This nice 38 m² apartment comes with a cosy bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a living room with a 160*200 sofa bed, a 4 persons dining table, a TV set on the wall and a fully equipped little kitchen. You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a bathtub, and a washing machine is available too. We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, oven, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included. Free WIFI available. Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door.
