Guesthouse, terrace & jacuzzi in the heart of the city

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum. The space This house is the result of 7 months of renovation, completed in August 2017. It combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Everything you need for a basic breakfast will be provided: coffee, tea, chocolate, biscuits... As well as basic kitchen products: oil, vinegar, spices... For stays of 5 nights or more, we offer: - change of towels (2 large towels, 2 small towels, 1 bath mat): €10/room - change of bed linens: €15/room Service available only upon request BEFORE the stay. Guest access The house of about 250 square meters is entirely at your disposal, as well as a beautiful terrace and a large parking lot (by reservation and for an additional fee). Only the independent accommodation where the owners live, located at the back of the terrace, is private and not accessible to guests. The owners reserve the right to access their home through the garage at any time. Other things to note Our neighborhood places great importance on respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Any noise pollution will therefore be quickly sanctioned. No noise will be accepted after 10pm. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people – it is strictly forbidden to invite additional people.
