The space A modernly furnished and allergy-friendly 55 m² ground floor apartment awaits you with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a spacious living and dining room with access to your own terrace and small garden property. The inviting front garden leads you directly into the apartment. From the hallway, you first enter the bedroom for children and teenagers with two sleeping places (90 x 200 each) in a bunk bed as well as matching cabinets for clothes and toys. In the parents' bedroom, an extra-large and high-quality king-size bed (200 x 200 cm lying surface) with Tempur mattresses invites you to pure relaxation. The comfortable bed is also ideal as a family nest. In this room there is also an open cabinet system. The next room includes a small stylish wardrobe as well as a utility cabinet in which you will find all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. In the bathroom opposite there is a small washing machine and next to the toilet and sink a bathtub for all ages. For a pleasant start to your vacation and a relaxing arrival, we offer you freshly made beds and a set of towels per person (bath towel, hand towel and small guest towel). This service is included in the cleaning fee. If required, the rental service for laundry packages in the village can also be used. Guest access There is a parking lot for our guests at the house, which is signposted with FriKotta. Additional parking is available at the end of the street. The center of Friedrichskoog-Spitze is just a few minutes' walk away. There are restaurants, cafes and a bakery. The nearest supermarket is 4.5 km away. There are some wonderful farm shops to explore in the surrounding area and with the shopping and supply offer in Friedrichskoog and Marne you will not miss anything. Friedrichskoog is recognized by the state as a North Sea health resort. To cover the expenses for the creation, acquisition, expansion, improvement, renewal and maintenance of the facilities that serve the resort, the municipality levies a spa fee. This spa fee must be paid within 24 hours of arrival at the tourism service in Friedrichskoog and is for each person over 18 years of age: March 1 to 30 April and 1 to 30 October 1.70 EUR per day May 1 to September 2.50 EUR per day We ask you to do this independently and to send us a proof photo and to leave the receipt for the landlord on departure.
