The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in the woods and swimming in the sea. The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathing in bathtub by appointment. The space The house is in granite stone, with a large garden that guests can use if they want to. In the bedroom there is a bed that is 75 x 200 cm and a bed that is 120 cm wide. Possibility to put these together so that the bed is 195 cm wide. I offer coffee, tea and some basic products such as oil, flour, spices and pasta. Guest access Easy to walk into the city center. Free ferry to the old town and around the river. Bus to Hvaler 5 minutes away. The same to Oslo. Possible to park in the driveway of the house. Other things to note If you arrive on the same day that another guest is leaving, you usually can't check in until about 6 pm. But on most days, the guest can check in earlier in the day upon agreement. I do not accept guests who smoke, nor is it allowed to smoke outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. I offer the possibility to have a bath in the bathtub in my laundry room outside the apartment. Outside this bathroom there is also a wood stove with the possibility of firing wood, especially during the cold season. Kindling is done by me. Bathroom must be by appointment. The door to this bathroom cannot be locked.
