The entire unit consists of a room and a bathroom with an entrance from the front yard. It is very comfortable for a single, a couple, or a small family. You are in a private space, like in a hotel or an apartment, but without kitchen and dining area, but outside you will have small fridge, microwave, teapot and some dishes. . Use of the pool in the backyard of the house is free. The space The place has a private entrance from the front yard. The bathroom is also private. You may never see the hosts if you wish. Guest access I will send you self check in instructions. Other things to note Dear guests! If needed, you may use the Kitchen ($15 per day), unheated Pool (for free), and heated Jacuzzi (for $10 per use). All paid options are subject to availability. The pool and jacuzzi are next to each other in the backyard and both are subject to availability. Let the host know if you plan to use any additional options, including the free pool. The pool is not the major attraction of this listing, but rather a serendipity amusement. If you do not like the status of the pool, consider it unavailable. We will let you know the status if you inquire in advance. Please, do not lower the rating because you came at the wrong time when the pool is unavailable. 🙏 Private hosts cannot obviously afford 24/7 pool maintenance, however, we promise that we will make every effort to make the pool available and make you feel comfortable. 🌹You are required to take a shower before going to the jacuzzi or pool. It takes about an hour to heat the jacuzzi up - please, let us know in advance if you plan to use it. IMPORTANT: The kitchen and breakfast are currently not available due to Covid-19.
