Lounge in the living room area or enjoy some fresh air in the private backyard before soaking your stresses away in the full bathroom’s walk-in shower. Enjoy the spacious bedroom area and snuggle beneath the covers of the cozy Queen bed. Linger in the morning and catch up on your favorite shows and movies on the sleeping loft’s flat-screen Samsung TV! The Location Located in Bernal Heights near Mission, Noe Valley and Glen Park, there is plenty to see and do in the area. Start the day off on the right foot with a stroll around Bernal Heights Park or Holly Park less than half a mile away. Grab a cup of coffee and breakfast Panini at Café St George or Cafe 78, but don’t forget to bring your laptop and take advantage of the free WiFi! Spend the day checking out the area’s nearby shops with everything from women’s clothes and home décor to books, gifts and crafts. When it comes time for dinner, you can’t go wrong with Italian at La Ciccia, American at Blue Plate or sushi at Ichi Sushi. The Front Porch, Old Bus Tavern, Cafe St Jorge, Emmy's Spaghetti Shack, Pizza Hacker, Bel brew pub, Royal Cuckoo, Knockout, and that doesn't even begin to list all the places to imbibe or otherwise. Grab a drink at El Rio or Wild Side West Royal Cuckoo before coming home to us! PLEASE NOTE that Bernal Heights is not at all touristy. It's not for everyone. It's an urban area with lots of nightlife, music and drinking/eating options. BUT it is NOT a touristy area at all. If that is what you're after than please look elsewhere. The MISSION and BERNAL are urban centers and are not always clean and perfect like Fisherman's Wharf. What You Get: -Stylish spacious 436 sq ft studio in-law apartment with private garden. - Small kitchen with stainless steel appliances including fridge. -Private backyard -Bathroom with walk-in shower -Flat-screen Samsung TV NO PRIVATE PARKING: Parking is street parking and is hit or miss. Relative to other areas in San Francisco it is fairly easy. But expect that you may have an extended search for a spot at times. Guest access Guests have access to entire space and private backyard patio. There is a shared entrance, but the space itself is completely private and self contained like a true in-law apartment should be. Other things to note The entrance to the apt is private and very secure, however, there is a shared entrance to the building. Also, you enter through the garage. The garage is normally very clean, however. The place looks much better in person and is a great space. But PLEASE REVIEW PHOTOS.
