Sunset View House is oriented for privacy and views over Lake Wallenpaupack, with main level skylights drawing the sunshine in and highlighting the openness of this airy contemporary lake cottage. The Lower Level offers a simple workstation, open floor plan, and barn-doored lower level master bedroom with twin trundle daybed. Entry from the main level yields to an open floorplan living and dining area, separated from the kitchen by a gas burning fireplace. Dual sliding screened doors lead from the dining area and the living area to screened porch. The screened porch leads to an additional unscreened outdoor deck area. Guest access Check-in is offered at the Registration Desk at Silver Birches, a short 1/2 mile from the Sunset House. There is sufficient parking onsite for two cars. The neighborhood is walkable to the lakeshore, however a car is recommended when travelling from the House. Other things to note The Sunset View House is part of the Settlers Hospitality portfolio of hotels, guestrooms and rental homes.
