The space In the middle of a beautiful residential area is this lovingly renovated Art Nouveau villa with two cozy, spacious bright apartments in the center of Büdingen. The villa was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location. Hence the proximity to the castle directly on the castle grounds. Both apartments were newly renovated in 2023. There is also a 3-room apartment with terrace and garden in the same house, directly below this 2-room apartment with balcony. Tastefully decorated, upscale amenities. Prices are the same for both apartments. Already 300 meters away you will find restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarket and Büdingen Castle. Here you are right in the most beautiful part of Büdingen. Büdingen is a good 40 km from Frankfurt am Main and is famous for its well-preserved medieval old town, which is only a 3-minute walk from the apartments. Here you can relax wonderfully in a romantic quiet location. The spacious construction with 3.5-meter-high ceilings conveys a stately atmosphere. The enclosed property on which the villa stands is surrounded by trees and shrubs. Very idyllic and in solid surroundings. The property is closed to the street with a door and a gate, which can be opened via remote control. The family-friendly landlords live on the other side of the villa. The house entrances and gardens are separate, but the access via the external stairs is the same. Private customers as well as business travelers, Frankfurt trade fair visitors, fitters and vacationers, whether young or old, bikers or hikers, are very welcome! In the spacious bedroom there is a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe as well as a single bed. The living room has a very comfortable new sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as a single bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge with ice box, sink, dishes, pots, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, espresso maker, egg cooker, ... Of course, there is also a flat-screen TV in this room. The daylight bathroom is large and bright, has a bathtub and a shower as well as a washing machine, a mirror cabinet and a hairdryer. There are many destinations in and around Büdingen. For example, it is very popular with our guests to participate in a historical adventure city tour. Also a walk to the zoo or Thiergartenweiher, bike tours on the Vulkanradweg, a visit to the 50s Museum (three minutes walk from our apartment), the medieval Ronneburg (one of the best preserved Stauffenburgs of the 13th century, where jousts and other festivals are often celebrated), the Celtic Museum and the natural surroundings with many historical impressions around it are very popular with our guests. For families with children, the Halligalli indoor playground for all ages is very popular. There is also a 3D cinema in Büdingen. Our area is also suitable for motorcycle enthusiasts. By car, you can drive about 45 minutes to Frankfurt Fair. Guest access You will reach the villa via an external staircase, as the property is located on a slope (a good 50 steps to the house). On the right side of the house is the black exterior spiral staircase to the upper floor. On request, independent access via a key safe is possible. However, we rarely use it, as we prefer to greet our guests in person and lead them into the apartment. Other things to note You can bring your own bed linens and towels. If you prefer to book them through us, we charge €9 per set of bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 large bath towel together once for the entire stay. You can usually park your car well on the street. This is a good area and there is almost always a parking space right by the house. For guests for whom a protected space on our indoor premises is important (the property is closed with an electric gate), we can also offer our covered parking space for an extra charge of €6 per day. If you would like to bring a pet, please ask in advance as we require further information. We charge €8 per night for each pet.
