The house is set on the rocks overlooking the Firth of Forth and enjoys spectacular south-facing views out across the water towards the Bass Rock and North Berwick beyond. Totally refurbished during 2012 and new bathrooms and soft furnishings in 2018, the cottage offers a remarkable lounge with south facing windows, breath-taking views to the south, west and east, across the lapping waves of the Forth. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, all with en suite facilities and a further spacious attic twin room.
