Classic and Romantic Bungalow - North Suite

Tranquil wooded home in the heart of Salt Lake City just off Harvey Milk Blvd. near Liberty Park. Walk-able to many city amenities including shopping, restaurants, breweries, coffee, health & beauty, museums, and entertainment with popular dining, coffee, and bagels within 1 block in the neighborhood. Well suited to freeway access – only 30 minutes or less for skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, and 15 minutes to the Salt Lake City International Airport. The space The north half of our modified, historical 19th century bungalow is an open 1-bedroom suite with queen- sized, memory foam bed, large living area, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower. WIFI and Roku TV with streaming capabilities are included so you can catch up with your favorite movies and series on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. A separate south suite is accessed from a small common entry-way to the house. Guest access You will have coded access to the house from the front porch. A small common entry-way opens to two private suites. The back door is locked from both sides and is a non-accessible private space for our use. LIVING AREA: Open living area with a comfortable sofa and 2 accent chairs for plenty of seating. WIFI is available in the entire suite. Fireplace is inoperable. BEDROOM: The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, dresser, armoire, window seat, and smart TV with a Roku device. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances including a range, refrigerator, and microwave oven, as well as bar seating with two stools. Also provided for your convenience is a toaster, coffee grinder, organic coffee beans, and standard coffee maker. With plenty of utensils, and cookware, you will have everything you need to feel right at home! BATHROOM: Full-bathroom with shower and a small cozy bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a hairdryer, and paper products are provided for your convenience. OUTDOOR SPACE: Wooded front yard and outdoor bistro seating located on the front porch. THE AREA Liberty Park - an 80-acre public space with swimming pools, tennis courts, walking, biking, & running paths, a small lake, and Tracy Aviary & Botanical Garden, one of only two standalone aviaries in the U. S. Downtown Salt Lake is around 2 miles in one direction and the University of Utah is 2 miles in the other. We are near Trolley Square Shopping Center, the historic 9th and 9th district and the new Maven district and are well suited to freeway access – only 30 minutes or less for skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, and 15 minutes to the Salt Lake City International Airport. Utah has five stunning National Parks - Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Zion – all around 4 hours from SLC. Utah also has nine incredible national monuments, 46 Utah State Parks and several undeveloped areas totaling over 95,000 acres, as well as several other attractions that are just as beautiful and usually a lot less crowded. There are 15 Ski Resorts in Utah, 7 within 30 minutes from our home. There are also thousands of miles of great hiking trails throughout Utah. Some trails are well-suited to rugged, multi-day backpacking, but there are innumerable "out and back" and "loop" hikes ranging from quick trots to stunning formations, and moderate paths than can be done in a few hours to full-day explorations. Other things to note No pets allowed at this property. No additional visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund and can result in additional fees for smoke removal. Excessive uncleanliness will result in additional fees. Quiet time is 10pm – 8am. No drugs or parties are allowed.
