Guesthouse in Upper Beeding

Beautiful garden room with en-suite shower (no bath) and tea/coffee making facilities. Located in the stunning, picturesque village of Upper Beeding (with local supermarket & two pubs offering food/beer gardens on the River Adur) this gorgeous studio room offers a peaceful, light space to relax to the birdsong and enjoy the flowers! With outside space to enjoy your morning coffee, a really comfy sofa bed, fresh bedding and fluffy towels, what's not to enjoy! Perfect for walkers and cyclists! The space This is a compact en-suite studio room but is the perfect sized space for up to two people to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Other things to note Please note that the sofa bed is left as a sofa to ensure that you have plenty of space to relax before bedtime! If for any reason you would like me to make it into a bed before your arrival, please do let me know and I will do that for you. As I live in a small village in the middle of the countryside, phone signal is unfortunately not good. EE has good reception but I believe all other providers have very poor/non-existent signal. I can only apologise for this and empathise with any frustration it may cause. Please also note that the latest check-in time is 8pm, regardless of whether you use the self check-in facility or not. If you require a later check-in please converse with me. Under no circumstances will check-in after 10pm be accepted and keys will be removed from the key safe at this time.
