Luxury Villa at Lalezi Bay, Villa 94

The villa is located right in front of the beach (first row) of a new Resort in Lalezi Bay “Perla Resort & Spa”, which it is only 43 km away from Tirana and 37 km from the Airport. Only a 2 minute walk through pinewoods separates you from the beach. The villa has a beautiful yard with an outside shower. There are cameras and security staff all around to guarantee your safety. Plenty of parking premises right next to the villa are for free. A Supermarket “Eco” is just around the corner. The space Summer is all about entertainment and if to you this is found outdoors, then let us tell you that just around the corner, There are restaurants and coffee shops: Ibiza, Triumf 2, Il Gambero, Mateo and a modern restaurant Oasis. In the weekend there are many parties with guest DJ’s at Ibiza and Il Gambero. However, if you choose to enjoy a private beach you need to pay for it and the prices varies 5-10 euros daily, cheaper during week days and more expensive during weekends, and the price includes one umbrella with two sun beds. In addition, the swimming pool is on charge and you need to pay 15 euros daily. The price is not per person and it includes one umbrella with two sun beds. Guest access Guests can use all the villa places like: rooms,kitchen,bathrooms,balcony, veranda and the yard. Also guests can use the space of the resort. Other things to note We have provided facilities such as: air conditioners for all of the rooms, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an outdoor shower and net shields to keep the mosquitos outside. But if you're more of a stay inside kind of person, we thought of other ways of keeping you entertained during your stay in our villa. You can have movie nights with your friends or family. The TV has access to the internet and Netflix won't let you down. And if you’re more of a home- cooked person, the kitchen has got your back because it's fully equipped.
