Living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen It includes sheets, towels, beach towels. Chairs and sunshades NOTE: We only provide a starter kit of 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, and 2 trash bags. A little oil, coffee, salt and sugar. In each bathroom, 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. The guest must purchase the difference. Guest access Guests have access to the pools, yes to the pools because there are two sister buildings. Beach access, gyms, and a coffee shop/mini-market inside the 3801 tower. Other things to note OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)* *May vary from 2025 FOB (electronic key) is required and costs $30 for every 2 people aged 14 and up. It is paid in person directly at the registration office. Parking is optional and costs: $100 for 1 week $125 for 2 weeks $150 for 3 weeks $175 for 4 weeks Tides Guest Office will request a $20 cash deposit for the parking permit which will be refunded upon return of the parking card. The office closes at 5pm and opens at 9am. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, you'll be sent check-in instructions with all the information on what to do to manage your own check-in at your time. IMPORTANT: For security reasons, the full names of all guests staying in the apartment must be sent. This must be registered by the system at least 24 hours before check-in. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM The building receives packages within the dates of the registered guests' stay and charges $7 for each package received. They must be in the name of the person who picks it up.
