Our building was designed by the renowned architect Franz Gessner and constructed between 1936 and 1937. This historical building is closely tied to the rich cultural heritage of Vienna, specifically Mozart’s famous opera "The Magic Flute" (Die Zauberflöte), which premiered at the nearby Freihaustheater auf der Wieden in 1791. September 1791 was the premiere of the opera "The Magic Flute" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at this place. Situated in the heart of Vienna and equipped with an elevator, the apartment is overlooking into the opera street and on the back side to a quiet courtyard, therefore it is in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city centre. There is a separate living room room, a second sleeping room, a dinning room with a dining table and also separate the kitchen. The flat is situated in the 4th district at the boarder to the first district near to the opera and Karlsplatz. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in this area.
