Villa Wachtertor

You will stay on the second floor of Villa Wachtertor, built in 1880. The villa is located at the highest point of the old town of Krems. The bedroom, with double bed and piano and the living room, with (sleeping) couch, are equipped with an antique parquet floor. From the living room you have a view of the freely accessible garden, Göttweig Abbey and the old town of Krems. The furniture is a mix of antique and new. The kitchen-living room has a dining area with garden views. With a heat pump and green electricity, we are climate-neutral The space The apartment on the second floor, the bel etage of Villa Wachtertor, is bright, spacious and tastefully furnished. All rooms have ample storage space, partly in antique furniture. The apartment is large, comfortable and quiet and therefore also ideal for a longer, relaxed stay. Furthermore, a private part of the garden with a dining area on a Mediterranean terrace is exclusively available. Guest access You have access to a garden with terrace as well as the basement with washing machine and clothes dryer. Other things to note You live climate-neutral! Heating and hot water are provided by a modern heat pump, and the power supply is based on green electricity certified with the Austrian Eco-label.
