Vacation home 1 on Rimbach in Steinau an der Strasse

The stylishly furnished tiny house can accommodate up to 2 adults and max. one toddler. A living room / bedroom has a 1.80 m bed and a small sofa bed for the child. The vacation home is located in the middle of nature, about 500 m from the Kinzig reservoir, right by the forest. Grilling is possible with a private gas grill on a large furnished and partly covered terrace and a large playground (private, belongs to the property) is right outside the door. The space The house opens with large windows to nature, which you can enjoy when you wake up from bed. The vacation home has a large covered and fully furnished terrace with a living/dining area and barbecue area. The interior design follows a sophisticated modern design concept, cozy with lots of wood and also practical with everything you need for a getaway, impresses with furnishing features such as a daybed on the terrace. Guest access The small vacation home is in the middle of nature, about 500 meters from the Kinzig reservoir, directly by the forest. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available on the extensively furnished terrace. A large playground for children and dogs (private, belongs to the property) is right outside the door. Other things to note The dog is charged €30 per dog per stay (not per night). Wi-Fi on the premises, the terrace and in the vacation home. Our vacation home is insulated and heated in the cold season with a gas space heater. For this, we charge a heating fee of €5/night. This is paid in cash on site. In the months of November - April, most of the furniture is put away for the winter. We clear away all carpets, upholstery, mattresses, hanging swings and hammocks. A table with sideboard, 2 chairs and 2 armchairs with upholstery are covered and can still be used. Of course, the two grills and the fireplace as well. 2 e-bikes for a fee (€25/bike per day) With us, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Unfortunately, it is not possible without any working noises. Our 14,000 sqm property with meadows, hedges and trees needs to be maintained. This means that sometimes a lawn mower, leaf blower or even a brush cutter can be heard during the day. Furthermore, on the property next door, expansion work is carried out in the former restaurant from time to time. However, this is not perceived as disturbing by the guests. On the large property there are four vacation homes and a residential building with two apartments. We use one apartment as a vacation apartment ourselves and the second is rented to forest workers. The cottages are all next to each other at a distance of 30-40 meters. Each house has its own terrace. The residential building is further away. The restaurant is not visible behind the house and is not part of the vacation home premises. On the large playground there is playground equipment from the former restaurant, which, however, is not maintained. Use at your own risk, as the playground as such is no longer managed by us. The property is located outside the district of Marborn and belongs to the city of Steinau an der Strasse. It is located between forest and meadows.
