Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and clothes airer. Smart TV with Netflix/iplayer etc, WiFi. fuel, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden with lawn and hot tub, perfect for stargazing on a clear night. Two well-behaved dogs very welcome, we provide dog blankets and complimentary treats. External hot/cold taps and hosepipe available. We also have a dog Freddie Mercury who you may see, he will not intrude but you are very welcome to say hi and play with him because he loves everybody. Small waterfall on site, please take care with children. Birdwatching inc Peregrine Falcons, Kestrels, Hawks, Buzzards.. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 5.5 miles and pub within 1.7 miles.
