Vacation home at Arendsee "House Elke 1"

The vacation home "Haus Elke" is a single-family house and is located in Schramper Eck on Lake Arend. It is a cozy accommodation for up to 4 people, ideal for couples and families. Also note our homepage Haus Elke am Arendsee. The swimming area is only a few minutes' walk away. The cottage is located in Schramper Eck on the "Grünes Band Deutschland" bike path and on the "Altmarkrundkurs". It is possible to rent the small house Elke 2 at the same time, so that 2 families can go on vacation. NO PARTIES The space The vacation home is fully equipped. On the first floor, there is the living and dining room with adjoining kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are in the attic. They are accessible via a comfortable staircase. In the living area there is a sofa and two armchairs, an extendable table with 4 chairs. There is a bathroom with shower/toilet, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, TV, terrace, grill, sandbox, bicycles, ... A crib and highchair are provided free of charge upon request. Our vacation home is nuclear-free. We provide our guests with free Wi-Fi access. Guest access The vacation home is available for exclusive use. On the premises, there is another vacation home. The use of the bikes or sun loungers must then be agreed with the other guests. Other things to note Please bring your own bed linens and towels, including dish towels. They can also be provided on request. We charge €20 per for the loan. We provide bicycles to our guests free of charge. (2x women's, 1x men's, 1x boys' 24''). Use may need to be agreed with guests from the other house. Small repairs are carried out by the guests themselves. In case of loss, compensation must be paid. The bikes must always be locked. This is a voluntary service of the landlord, there is no entitlement of the tenant to it if a bike should be defective and cannot be used. We want all guests to feel comfortable with us.
