Vacation home at Arendsee "House Elke 1"

The vacation home "Haus Elke" is a single-family house and is located in Schramper Eck on Lake Arend. It is a cozy accommodation for up to 4 people, ideal for couples and families. The cottage is located in Schramper Eck on the "Grünes Band Deutschland" bike path and on the "Altmarkrundkurs". It is possible to rent the small house Elke 2 at the same time, so that 2 families can go on vacation. NO PARTIES The space The vacation home is fully equipped. On the first floor, there is the living and dining room with adjoining kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are in the attic. They are accessible via a comfortable staircase. In the living area there is a sofa and two armchairs, an extendable table with 4 chairs. There is a bathroom with shower/toilet, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, TV, terrace, grill, sandbox, bicycles, ... A crib and highchair are provided free of charge upon request. Our vacation home is nuclear-free. We provide our guests with free Wi-Fi access. Guest access The vacation home is available for exclusive use. On the premises, there is another vacation home. The use of the bikes or sun loungers must then be agreed with the other guests. Other things to note Please bring your own bed linen and towels, including dish towels. It can also be provided on request. We charge €25 per person for the rental. Natural animal phenomena Our vacation home is surrounded by nature. Therefore, it may happen that local animals such as insects, spiders, beetles, mosquitoes, wasps, birds or even smaller rodents appear in the area or occasionally in the house area. This is not completely avoidable in a vacation home located close to nature and does not constitute a defect of the accommodation, provided there is no exceptional impairment or pest infestation. Guests are kindly requested to keep food tightly sealed and to keep doors and windows closed accordingly out of consideration for nature. We provide bicycles to our guests free of charge. (2 women's, 1 boy's 24''). The use may have to be discussed with the guests from the other house. Small repairs are done by yourself. In case of loss, a replacement must be paid. The bikes must always be locked. This is a voluntary service of the landlady, there is no claim of the tenant in case a bike should be defective and cannot be used. We want all guests to feel comfortable with us. That's why we value respect, openness and friendly interaction. Diversity makes life more beautiful – and you should feel that with us too.
