Our luxury vacation home of over 60m2 offers a spacious and cozy living room with sitting area, 4K SmartTV and air conditioning. You have a fully equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating, wood-burning stove and super-fast WiFi. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a king size box spring bed. Modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower, toilet and sink. You have access to the entire cottage and therefore have a lot of privacy, private entrance with private terrace and garden (225m2). The price does not include breakfast. The space The holiday home with floor is completely free of the main house and is entirely at your disposal to the tenant. The bedroom with luxury box spring bed (180x200) can be reached via the stairs in the sitting room. On the first floor there is also the bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Due to the floor, the holiday home is not suitable for disabled people and (small) children. The holiday home has a high level of finish and is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. From the terrace of 20m2 you have a nice view of the private garden of 225m2, the stable and the surrounding countryside. The vacation home has a fiber optic connection for super-fast internet (via WiFi up to 400Mbps). Ideal for a weekend or evening binge watching of your favorite series. Guest access The guests of our vacation home have access to the entire cottage and therefore have a lot of privacy, a private entrance with private terrace and garden. Other things to note The price is all-inclusive, so no surprises such as cleaning costs, deposit, bed linen, tourist tax, etc. It is mandatory to separate the waste into GFT (vegetable, fruit, garden waste), PMD (plastic, metal and drinking cartons), glass, paper and residual waste. The vacation home is rented as standard without breakfast. Breakfast can be booked for an additional fee. Cost €16 per person per night. 2 excellent rental bicycles are available free of charge. First basket of wood for wood stove is included. Each additional bag is €9.00 per bag. The property has no safety measures to protect babies and small children and is only rented to adults without children (adults only).
