This home is eligant in design as the walls and ceilings are made of wood panels and board and batten throughout the entire home. The bedrooms are very spacious. Beds are made with top of the line bedding to ensure comfort during your stay. Bathrooms are equipped to get you started with soap/shampoo/hairdryer and other personal hygiene items. Stand up showers are very spacious as well. Third floor Lookout is a very luxurious spot for bird and dolphin watching, looking at the Lighthouse through the telescope, or reading a good book. Point Lookout is a waterfront lot and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on Lennoxville Point. About 3 to 5 miles....to Downtown Beaufort. Downtown Beaufort has local shopping, restaurants, and a great night life. Plenty of places to find live music. Hop on a Ferry and for a short boat ride across Taylor's Creek to Shackleford Banks, Cape Lookout National Seashore or Carrot Island. Carrot Island and Cape Lookout National Seashore are of the few islands of the Outer Banks that have wild horses. Take a bike ride down Front Street for a scenic view of Taylor's Creek and Carrot Island.
