The space This beautiful, sun-drenched 3BR home and grounds is located in Northwest Woods in East Hampton, in a small harbor front community. The .7 acre property has a private horseshoe shaped driveway with ample parking. The home features bright living spaces and a double height living room that opens to the kitchen and dining room, and has a large fireplace. The saltbox style home has two large bedrooms downstairs, and an expansive master suite and bathroom updates. The star of the property is a large backyard with oversized gunite pool, and multiple experiential areas – a greenhouse and garden, rattan swing and hammock, meditation area and pergola with lounge area, pool supplies and an outdoor fridge as well as two fire pit areas perfect for making s'mores! The home also features unique touches like a gym area with Peloton tread, free weights & yoga props, very fast fiber wi-fi and fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies. There are 2 turnkey work-from-home set ups (1 standing desk and 1 conventional) as well as ample space to work in the dining area or enjoy the outdoors on calls. It is also family-forward, with items such as a pack & play, highchair, blackout curtains and books and toys. The gorgeous home is convenient to the villages of Sag Harbor & East Hampton, and is a 5-minute bike ride to serene Sammy’s Beach. An electric bike is also available for use. A perfect summer spot to make memories. Guest access The entire home and grounds are available for your enjoyment! Other things to note The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including central air, fully-equipped kitchen, more coffee brewing devices than are probably necessary. Organic bath products & steam shower, heated Toto toilets, board games, books and a state-of-the-art 4K TV/projector. All TVs are smart TVs and include access to all streaming apps. *Pool heating for extra charge ($45/day) *Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a dog. There is an additional pet fee.
