Cozy studio apartment on a beautiful mountaintop horse farm. Relax in your cozy home away from home space while enjoying breathtaking views of the (fall/winter) mountains and enjoy the wildlife and farm animals on the property. The space The studio apartment is just minutes away from historical downtown Dahlonega and a short drive to many wineries and Helen, GA. Dahlonega is always festive with lots of shops and restaurants to explore. There is hiking right outside your door and many more trails and waterfalls to explore with a short drive. We have many kayaking options close by. And there is trout fishing opportunities at many of the local springs. There is interaction with some of the farm animals if interested. The farm is backed up to the Chattahoochee National Forest making your back yard a play ground for the adventuress. Guest access You will have access to the garage to enter studio apartment. There is a private side porch with a built in fire pit for late night s’mores and romantic cozying by the fire under the stars. There is a grill on the side porch with a sitting area as well. There is some chairs for you to enjoy views from the shared back porch. It is marked so you can clearly see which are your areas to enjoy. Other things to note If you will be bringing a pet it will need to be updated on all vaccinations and I will need proof before check in. Small dogs only- no more than 2 at a time. No cats or other animals unless approved before booking. Dogs must remain on leash while on the property at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Absolutely no pets on any of the furniture at anytime. Must be completely potty trained. Any accidents or damage from your pet will result in a damage fee. We have many animals on the property so the dog must be sociable and not aggressive. No dogs will be allowed to interact with any of our animals.
