Its central location is also extremely convenient for those who participate in the events that take place in the historic center, such as Umbria Jazz Festival, Eurochocolate... From Perugia, other cities of tourist interest such as Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Spoleto, Lake Trasimeno, Orvieto, Bagnoregio, Cascate delle Marmore are also easily accessible. The AMBRA unit consists of: an entrance - living room with double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a small kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom with private bathroom, also equipped with a single bed, and a triple bedroom with private bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a glass-walled shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and one of them also boasts a small panoramic terrace with stunning views of the city. The AMBRA apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It has an independent entrance and, if necessary, can be combined with the adjacent apartment called "PERLA", with which it can be intercommunicating and can form a larger housing unit with a capacity to accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests (8 in the "AMBRA" unit and 2 in the "PERLA" unit). The adjacent PERLA unit has a sleeping area with 2 single beds (the first bed is fixed, while the second bed is removable and rises to the level of the main bed). The sleeping area forms a single room with the kitchenette and dining area. The kitchenette, although small, is super-equipped and is also equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The private bathroom is equipped with a glass-walled shower enclosure. The apartment also has a small storage room and a safe. The structure reflects the colors of the jewel whose name the individual units bear, so all the furniture and accessories are in shades of yellow, orange and brown in AMBER units and white and pearl gray in PEARL units. The accommodations are enriched by exotic and modern paintings and the presence of accessories in order to create a warm, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Although the entrance to the accommodation is on the ground floor, with easy access for people with mobility difficulties or for guests with numerous suitcases, the rooms of the AMBER unit face the first floor. The complex was completely renovated in 2015 and 2017 and was equipped with new furnishings and accessories in a modern style, selected with taste, elegance and the utmost attention to detail. Although the accommodation is a self-catering accommodation, guests can opt for restaurants affiliated with the property. Guest access The property offers guests everything they need to spend a comfortable, pleasant and relaxing stay and to guarantee them a high level of comfort and functionality. Guests have 2 fully equipped bathrooms and 1 super-equipped kitchen, also equipped with an oven or microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. They can enjoy unlimited free WiFi, a safe and a flat-screen television. In addition, the accommodation is also equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linen and with general cleaning and personal hygiene products (the initial supply). The property is also equipped with numerous accessories such as an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes drying rack, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, multiple sockets... and is equipped with all the dishes. For multi-day stays, separate waste collection is provided. Other things to note 1) Accommodation tax - €2 per person per night (mandatory, to be paid on site). 2) The cost of the final cleaning (€40 per stay) does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette and dishes - guests must leave them clean. Otherwise, an additional fee of €35 will be applied to be paid at check-out - this amount may be requested on site at check-in as a guarantee and may be charged to the credit card provided by guests. In addition, the cost of the final cleaning does not include daily cleaning or intermediate cleaning, which can be requested by guests at an additional cost. 3) The cost of the accommodation includes the supply of all bed, bath and kitchen linen and the initial supply of hygiene products. Linen changes and restocking of toiletries are not included - these additional services can be requested at an additional cost. 4) Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (guests are asked to communicate the approximate check-in time at least one day before arrival). Check-out time: by 11:00 a.m. Check-in and check-out can also be done without the staff in self-service mode. 5) All check-ins and check-outs outside of standard hours are subject to availability, must be requested in advance and confirmed by the host, and incur an extra fee ranging from €15 to €30 depending on the time agreed upon. 6) For young guests, the BABY KIT is available (folding cot with linen + high chair + bathtub + toy box) at a cost of €10 per night (optional, to be requested in advance and paid on site). If the BABY KIT is not requested, children of any age must sleep in the existing beds and must be considered in the total number of people as guests in all respects - in this case the use of the crib is not provided. 7) Inside the accommodation, it is strictly forbidden to smoke, bring animals (with the exception of guide dogs for disabled people) and organize parties or similar events. In addition, compliance with the condominium regulations and respect for afternoon and night rest are required. 8) At the time of check-in, it is necessary to show the documents of all guests and provide a valid credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO) to guarantee any damages or extra expenses. 9) Luggage storage is available free of charge on the day of departure. 10) Any additional beds, if available, are subject to confirmation by the manager and must be requested in advance.
