Manor Farm Holiday Cottage

Our place is in a quiet pretty village of Hutton Buscel, five miles from the popular seaside town of Scarborough. The house is suitable for couples, families and small groups, who would like to celebrate a special occasion or to explore the North Yorkshire moors and east coast. There is half acre garden to the front of the property which is for the enjoyment of our guests where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine. Manor Farm cottage is well placed for walking and exploring the area. The space Our place has luxury rooms comprising a very comfortable sitting room with open file to relax. There is a spacious dining kitchen with open fire. The bedrooms are individually furnished, One four-poster king=size bed with an additional day bed and en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, another king-size bedroom with additional day bed, 2 x twin (one zip/link bed can be super king-size double on request). Bathroom with freestanding slipper bath, large shower, basin and WC. Very large front garden which is enclosed so ideal for young families and guests with dogs! Welcome pack of bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival! Guest access Guests have the lion share of a Georgian Farmhouse and have access to a beautiful half acre enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs. Other things to note I currently have two holiday lets and have been in the hospitality business for approximately 8 years. I really care about my guests and would like them to have a memorable stay.
