The space The fully equipped house and its beautiful surroundings make up a unique environment for a pleasant and relaxed stay. In the privacy of your own garden you can swim, BBQ or even exercise. The spaces layout along with the water and a fully blossomed garden work in harmony to provide you with the perfect set up for wellness and relaxation. The house of 100sqm is laid out in two levels connected by an indoor stairway and has windows in all directions. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with its private balcony, with a view of the sea and the pool respectively. On the main floor is the spacious living room area, that can double as a sleeping area for two if needed. Also on the same level is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, el. stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, plates and cutlery), a large bathroom and a laptop friendly study area. The main level has terraces running almost all around the house, with a sitting area for six adjacent to the kitchen to accommodate your outdoor meals. In the backyard there is a 55sqm, 3m deep, pool with hydromassage, a diving board, an outdoor douche, 4 sun beds, a large kiosk and a 60sqm basketball court. Also in the backyard there is a fully equipped BBQ with a shaded dining area for 6 that can be accessed very easily from the house. Also all the air conditioning machines are disinfected and only to be used with specific instructions. There is a space below the main house, fully separated, that me or someone from my family will be using occasionally for the required maintenance (cleaning pool filters, garden maintenance etc).
