Heated swimming pool 27 to 30° from April to 04 Oct included JACUZZI on request (optional 35€ / day, but free from June to 04 Oct included). Annex of my house, your house is independent and composed of a main room, a bathroom / WC and then a separate bedroom; a covered awning with BBQ, fireplace and Jacuzzi. Enclosed grounds. Max 6 pers Check in 4 pm Checkout 11 am Please no parties or significant noise pollution We look forward to welcoming you The space The accommodation is designed so that you are at home and that nothing is missing. 2 towels and a washcloth per person are included (50x90cm and 70x130cm - except for babies under 2 years old). Bed linen is also included. On arrival: presence of toilet paper, coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, salt, spices, oil and spices. YOUR PRIVATE COVERED OUTDOOR SPACE Located at the entrance of your accommodation, it includes a large table, darts, a gas barbecue and another charcoal mobile (not provided but for sale on site), a wood-burning fireplace. It is a smoking area. KITCHEN AREA Includes sink, microwave, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker and also Senseo, kettle, toaster, juicer, fryer, raclette, fridge freezer, a 3 burner gas cooker and electric oven. Chlorine treated. Bubble cover and secure bar cover. October to March included: closed swimming pool April : heated between 24° to 26° May to September included: heated between 27° and 30° The pool is semi-private (for you), meaning that when you're in or around it, you'll be the only ones enjoying it. However, I might occasionally go for a swim when you're away or eating in your accommodation. Or, with your permission, if it's very hot, to stay in for a few minutes. PRIVATE 5/6-SEATER JACUZZI With massage jets, bubbles, and LED lighting October to May included: optional €35/day to be booked at least 24 hours before your arrival. June to September: included in the price. OTHER ON-SITE AMENITIES & SERVICES Very high speed fibre optic internet, WIFI, Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth connection, comics and various books, board games, DVDs, satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, table football, ping-pong table, darts, petanque balls, etc. Free loan of bicycles. SUPERMARKET / CATERING The first shops are 8 km away, open from Monday to Sunday for lunch. Presence of a self-service or on-demand Mini-Market, to allow you to eat on site (bread, butter, drinks, pasta, rice, sauces, chips and frozen foods: pizza, hamburger, fish, etc.). On-site payment. IMPORTANT / CHILD SAFETY If you have small children, it is your responsibility to supervise them. The swimming pool is secured by the presence of a bar cover approved by the NF standard, which you will have to manage responsibly if young children do not know how to swim. The Jacuzzi is prohibited/not recommended for young children as well as people with heart problems or allergies to chlorine. PLEASE READ THE RULES OF PROCEDURE. Extracts: We will share together the swimming pool, its surroundings and the enclosed garden in all intelligence. It is a place of sharing and conviviality : although I will do my best to be as discreet as possible if that is your wish, it is useless to ask me to stay cloistered at home, shutters closed whatever your motivation is ;-) Any additional persons in addition to those provided for must be authorized by me and a financial contribution of 20€/pers/night or per day, even if she doesn't sleep there Guest access Access from the street to the house is through a key gate that we will have in common. You have a set of 2 keys: the entrance gate that separates the street from the land, and a key for the bay window that gives access to your house. Keys are handed over in person on arrival or by a key box if necessary. Other things to note THE LAND IS FENCED Your pets, if any, will be able to move around freely. INTERNET Broadband (fiber optic) and Wi-Fi code indicated on site. SWIMMING POOL / JACUZZI For everyone's comfort, we monitor the quality of the water (pH & Chlorine) every day with high-performance electronic tools. And thank you for: - Do not eat or spill drinks in it - cover the pool and jacuzzi at night and during the day if you no longer use it (to avoid a drop in water temperature and reduce evaporation) - take a shower before swimming (especially the Jacuzzi) - Do not jump on the pool mattresses that are at your disposal - Limit noise pollution from 10:00 p.m. (screaming, jumping into the pool)
