An annex to my house, your space is detached and consists of a main room, a bathroom/toilet and a separate bedroom; a covered patio with BBQ, fireplace and hot tub. Max. 6 people. Enclosed grounds. POOL closed and reopening in April 2027 Optional private hot tub: €35/day (please let me know first) and free from June to September. Check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. Please, no parties or significant noise disturbance. We look forward to Hosting you! The space The accommodation is designed to make you feel at home and ensure that nothing is missing. Bed linens are included as well as 2 towels per person (50x90 cm and 70x130 cm). Upon your arrival: toilet paper, coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, salt, spices, oil and spices are provided. YOUR PRIVATE COVERED OUTDOOR AREA Located at the entrance to your accommodation, it includes a large table, a private hot tub, a dartboard, a gas grill and another portable charcoal grill (not provided but available for purchase on site), and a wood-burning fireplace for ambiance. This is a smoking area. KITCHEN AREA Includes sink, microwave, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker and also Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, deep fryer, raclette grill, fridge freezer, 3-burner gas stove and electric oven. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT 1 160 cm bed in the separate bedroom (accessed via the bathroom) 1 140-cm (55-inch) sofa bed in the living room 2× 80 cm beds in the living room 1 foldable baby crib SEASONAL HEATED OUTDOOR POOL Dimensions: 8x4 m with a water depth of 1.50 m. Treated with chlorine. Bubble cover and secure bar cover. Heated to between 27°C and 30°C depending on the open season (generally from April to the end of September) Semi-private pool (for you), in the sense that when you are in it or around it, you will be the only ones using it. However, I may sometimes go there to swim when you are out or when you are eating in your place. Or, with your permission, when it's very hot, to stay there for a few minutes. PRIVATE 5/6-SEATER JACUZZI With massage jets, bubbles and LED lighting October to May inclusive: Optional at €35/day, generally to be booked at least 8 hours before your arrival. Do not eat or drink there for hygiene reasons. Strictly prohibited for children under 6 years of age for health reasons and subject to special conditions regarding temperature and duration. OTHER ONSITE AMENITIES & SERVICES Very high-speed fiber-optic internet, Wi-Fi, hi-fi system with Bluetooth connection, comics and various books, board games, DVD, satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, foosball, ping-pong table, darts, petanque balls. Free bike loan SUPERMARKET/FOOD SERVICE The first shops are 8 km away and are open from Monday to Sunday at noon. There is a self-service or on-demand mini-market to allow you to eat on site (bread, butter, drinks, pasta, rice, sauces, chips and frozen foods: pizza, hamburger, fish, etc.). Payment on site. IMPORTANT / SAFETY CHILDREN If you have small children, it is therefore your responsibility to supervise them. The pool is secured by a bar cover that complies with the NF standard, and it will be your responsibility to manage it if there are small children who cannot swim. The hot tub is forbidden/not recommended for small children, as well as for people with heart problems or who are allergic to chlorine. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES. Excerpts: We will share the pool, its surrounding area and the enclosed garden together in a considerate manner, without being intrusive. It's a place for sharing and conviviality. Although I'll do my best to be as discreet as possible if that's what you want, there's no point in asking me to stay cooped up at home with the shutters closed, whatever your reason ;-) Any additional people beyond those planned must be approved by me and subject to a fee of €20/person/night or per day, even if they do not sleep there. Guest access Street access to the house is through a lockable gate that we will share. You have a set of 2 keys: the entrance gate that separates the street from the land, and a key for the bay window that gives access to your home. Keys delivered by hand upon arrival or by a key box if necessary. Other things to note THE LAND IS CLOSED Your pets will be able to move around freely. INTERNET High speed (fiber optic) and Wi-Fi code indicated on site. SWIMMING POOL / JACUZZI For everyone's comfort, we check the water quality (Ph & Chlorine) every day with high-performance electronic tools. And thank you for: - do not eat or spill drinks in it - cover the pool and Jacuzzi at night and during the day if you are no longer using it (to avoid a drop in water temperature and reduce evaporation) - take a shower before swimming (especially the Jacuzzi) - do not jump on the pool mattresses that are at your disposal - limit noise pollution from 10 p.m. (screams, jumps into the pool)
