Bed linen is included as well as 2 towels per person (50 x 90 cm and 70 x 130 cm) Upon arrival: toilet paper, coffee, tea, infusion, sugar, salt, spices, oil and spices. YOUR PRIVATE COVERED OUTDOOR SPACE Located at the entrance of your accommodation, it includes a large table, a private jacuzzi, darts, a gas barbecue and another mobile charcoal barbecue (not provided but for sale on site), a wood-burning fireplace. This is a smoking area. KITCHEN AREA Includes sink, microwave, Italian coffee maker, filter and also Senseo, kettle, toaster, juicer, fryer, raclette, fridge freezer, a 3-burner gas stove and electric oven. Chlorine treated. Secure bubble cover and bar cover. October to April inclusive: swimming pool closed May to September inclusive: heated between 28° and 30° PRIVATE JACUZZI 5/6 PLACES With massage jets, bubbles and LED lighting October to April inclusive: optional €40/day to be booked at least 24 hours before your arrival. May to September: included in the rate. OTHER EQUIPMENT & SERVICES ON SITE Very high speed fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi stereo with Bluetooth connection, comics and various books, board games, DVD, satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, foosball, ping-pong table, darts, petanque balls. Free bike loan SUPERMARKET / MEALS The first shops are 8 km away, open from Monday to Sunday noon. There is a self-service or on-demand Mini-Market, to allow you to eat on site (breads, butter, drinks, pasta, rice, sauces, chips and frozen food: pizza, hamburger, fish...). Payment on site. IMPORTANT / CHILD SAFETY If you have small children, it is your responsibility to supervise them. The pool is secured by the presence of an NF-approved bar cover that you will be responsible for managing if young children cannot swim. The Jacuzzi is prohibited/not recommended for small children as well as people with heart problems or allergic to chlorine. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES. Excerpts: We will share the pool, its surroundings and the enclosed garden together in full intelligence without imposing on each other. It is a place of sharing and conviviality: although I will do my utmost to be as discreet as possible if that is your wish, it is useless to ask me to stay cloistered at home, shutters closed whatever your motivation ;-) Any additional persons to those planned must be authorized by me and a financial contribution of €18/person/night Guest access Street access to the house is through a lockable gate that we will share. You have a set of 2 keys: the entrance gate that separates the street from the land, and a key for the bay window that gives access to your home. Keys delivered by hand upon arrival or by a key box if necessary. Other things to note THE LAND IS CLOSED Your pets will be able to move around freely. INTERNET High speed (fiber optic) and Wi-Fi code indicated on site. SWIMMING POOL / JACUZZI For everyone's comfort, we check the water quality (Ph & Chlorine) every day with high-performance electronic tools. And thank you for: - do not eat or spill drinks in it - cover the pool and Jacuzzi at night and during the day if you are no longer using it (to avoid a drop in water temperature and reduce evaporation) - take a shower before swimming (especially the Jacuzzi) - do not jump on the pool mattresses that are at your disposal - limit noise pollution from 10 p.m. (screams, jumps into the pool)
