Welcome! After 9 years of Airbnb in my former home I am now on other side of London: a beautiful home in a small town, surrounded by countryside. Good transport links make the journey to the centre of London very manageable. The house is spacious and comfortable. Big garden and off street parking. Shops 3 minutes walk. 15% REDUCTION FOR 1+ WEEK (based on single occupancy) 40% REDUCTION FOR 1+ MONTH (single occupancy). SAUNA / HOT TUB (chargeable) now available to guests for limited period!! The space The advantages of renting a room in my place : 1)Reasonable rent. Why pay more, possibly much more, for a room in Central London when a bus and a train can take you into Central London within the hour. 2)Spacious and comfortable accommodation. 3)A house full of features and character. 4) A safe, friendly ambience. 5)A huge garden where you can sit and chill out! It even has a Victorian lamp post and a water fountain! 6)Very near bus stop and within the London Oyster zone. 7)Very convenient for shops. 8)Off street parking subject to availability. 9) Use of a 46inch flat screen tv, free wifi, washing machine and dryer. 10)Guests have full use of the kitchen, sitting room and dining room. 11)There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower. 12)A key is provided for the front door so you can come and go as you wish. 13) Gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, broadband, tv licence and washing machine are all included! 14)From June to November 2024 the sauna and hot tub will be open for the use of guests. There will be a charge for use of these amenities to help with the high cost of running and maintenance. 15)An experienced host who has been successfully hosting Airbnb guests for the past 12 years...read the reviews! Please note 1)Guests also have free use of washing machine and dryer (including soap powder) once a week. Longer term guests may wash (without charge) their bedding every two weeks. If you need to use the washing machine more frequently please see me first and there will be a small charge. Guests are encouraged to use the clothes line for drying in warmer weather. 2) I CAN ONLY CONSIDER BOOKING REQUESTS WHERE APPLICANTS HAVE VERIFICATIONS (INCLUDING OFF-LINE ID), PROFILE AND PHOTO. The photo should be a clear photo of all guests and not a photo of a cuddly toy or pretty landscape!
