Cannock Chase Guest House- Private Secluded Annexe

Whilst separate from our semi detached house, the annexe is Our Home / Our Guest Home. It is a place to wrap up in the blankets, put up your feet, relax and be cosy. Its not a mansion but It Is a Hidden Gem In The Town. Probably, The Best Hotel Room (total area 30m2 in size) that you could get for the price. With plenty of well kept shared outdoor spaces, providing you with more facilities and homely space than any hotel room. The space Being a stones throw away from the main house that is also an Airbnb Destination, our annexe building offers you complete independence and privacy whilst being our guest. This is where you can spend quality time either relaxing or catching up with your work whilst on the move. Guest house is 30m2 open space with separate own kitchenette to the side, on suite and dining table that easily can be used as a work space. Please check photos to see an actual layout. There is no separate bedroom(s). Kitchenette provides you with an induction hob, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. There is also a washing machine (washing powder provided free of charge) and drying rack. The Annexe has electric wall heaters to make sure you are cozy throughout the year. Guest access We are happy to accept guests with children but at the moment we don’t have travel cot available. You are welcome to bring your own if required. If you require anything else, please let us know in advance. If you are on a cycling holiday and require a bike wash facility and bike storage, please let us know and we will be able to accommodate that. Other things to note Beds usually are made as follows: 1 king size bed and sofa bed / day bed left like that for single occupants / couples. If you have 2 guests that require separate beds, please let us know whether you want them left as king bed + single or 2 king size beds. Extending 2nd king size bed will reduce walking space in the guest house. If you want sofa bed / day bed extended to make 2nd king size bed, please message us and we will make beds accordingly. 4 guests is maximum capacity that we can accommodate with all beds extended but there won’t be 2 king size beds available if you book for 2 guests only. You will need to request this via email. Most of the things are colour coordinated red. Therefore you must like either modern or red if you are staying with us. Majority fixings and fittings are automatic so you will need to get your head around :)
