This Bradwell cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is a lovely retreat for a couple who wish to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space The Loft is located in the village of Bradwell. The Loft set in a quiet private location but with a 5 minute walk you have access to an array of amenities, including 3 friendly country pubs serving delicious food, local Co-op, Bakery and a fish and chip shop! The Loft en counters enjoying far-reaching countryside views, the cottage offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, perfect for romantic candlelit meals, and a sitting area. Outside is a private balcony with lovely views stretching across the surrounding hills and countryside. Sit out with a refreshing glass of wine and catch up on some reading in the warm summer months. This is a wonderful area for exploring the Peaks District National Park, all within easy reach of this Bradwell cottage, including the beautiful Edale Valley that marks the start of the Pennine Way, England's first and most famous, long-distance footpath. Castleton a 10 minute drive, with its well known caverns and Man Torr. Visit the market town of Bakewell just a 20 minute drive or the famous spa town of Buxton 25 minute drive, meander through its delightful streets, and explore the many tea rooms and shops. - Bedroom studio- Double bed. - The en-suit bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, washbasin and WC. - Cosy living area with TV and DVD player. - A modern kitchen which is open planned with the living room and bedroom. Equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Coffee filter and counter fridge with freezer compartment. - Cutlery, crockery and glassware, pots, pans and baking trays. Should there be a particular cooking item that you need for your stay we do suggest bringing it along with you - for peace of mind. Guest access To visit many of the Peak District and Derbyshire's attractions we recommend driving as public transport is limited in this rural part of the Peak District. There is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop from The Loft. The routes go to Castleton, Grindleford, Calver, Sheffield, Bakewell and Baslow. Please check websites for up to date timetables and routes.
