Possible daily excursions in the surrounding area. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a family building built during the eighties. Until a few years ago, it was used by the owners themselves to spend their summer holidays, which is why it still retains its familiar and loving character. It consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A large living room also serves as an entrance and next to it there is a small kitchenette. The bathroom is still spacious 80s style with a bathtub: the drain is still with the external tray and the metal button. Sometimes it can be a little noisy. When you leave the house, you find yourself in front of our precious and historic lemon tree! It is pleasant to have breakfast in the morning in the veranda space after having picked up hot croissants from the baker nearby. Then you can get ready for a day at the beach... The beach is only 850 m away. You can walk or bike. The apartment does not have a television, but you can go and buy the newspaper at the newsstand not far away. The water inside the apartment is not drinkable but is purified so it can be used for cooking. The apartment does not have air conditioning, in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan and in the bedroom a foot fan. Guest access For those who come by car, it is possible to park the car in the courtyard or in the area outside the gate. Other things to note If requested, a transfer service from/to Lamezia Terme airport is available ONLY for the month of August. The cost of this service is extra.
