On the village boundary in the beautiful village of Evenley on the borders of Northants and Oxfordshire, “Bonny Doon” is a recently renovated apartment attached to our main home. Accommodation includes 1 double bedroom, open plan living space with cinema screen & sofa bed for additional guests, kitchen area, shower room and outside terrace. The Red Lion our excellent pub is a stones throw, we also have a fab village shop. We are perfectly placed for Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford & Cotswolds The space “Bonny Doon” was a lock down project. The accommodation is a newly renovated, clean and modern space. You enter the property via the Kitchen which contains all usual cooking facilities. The living area has comfy sofas (the new Made sofa doubles as a bed if more than 2 guests. Guests can access Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime via a TV or the Big Screen Cinema. There is a dining table & chairs for 4. The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers with hanging space for shirts and a mirror, and ironing board and iron are provided. The new bathroom room has large walk in shower, and enormous sink unit and plenty of storage. Guests are welcome to use the designated terrace area which includes outside seating where they will be able to enjoy the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. . Access to the garden can be arranged but should be noted there are 6 ponds dotted around so young children should be supervised at all times. Parking for 2 cars included.
