This comfortable condo is located in the heart of Summit County close to 4 ski resorts, countless hiking and biking trails, world class fishing, and an outlet mall. It has 3bd/2ba with great views of Lake Dillon and Keystone from the balcony. Maximum Occupancy 8, Maximum Parking Spaces 3. The space The condo was recently updated, but still has mountain charm. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (one has a queen bed and the other full bunk beds and a pull out single trundle bed). The upstairs bedroom (queen bed) has its own private bathroom. The sofa in the living room is a pullout, and there is also a pack-n-play in one of the closets if needed. Guest access There is parking in front of the unit. The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. It is not handicap accessible. Please check the Summit County Colorado website for current public health orders related to COVID.
