homely, newly renovated apartment, in a typical old house in the Bernese Oberland. the house is quietly located and surrounded mountains, in the countryside. hiking in summer and skiing, snowboarding and snowshoe tours in winter are possible from the front door step the apartement is idealy for 2 persons and a family with children. The space simple and cozy holiday home at 850 meters above sea. like usual in old houses like this, the celling height is lower than accustomed (1.80-2.00m). the 3 rooms are furnished simple and functional. living room with sofa, dining table and comfortable seating oven. bedroom with a double bed and a small room with 2 additional pull-out beds. in the kitchen is the storage stove, which you heat up by your self with wood in the wintertime. this also provides the stovebanket in the living room comfortable with warmth. outside, there is a garden table with chairs, sun umbrella and deckchairs the appartement is idealy for 2 persons. also a family with children should have place enough location: the house is surrounded by meadows above the village, with a wonderfull view of the sourrounding mountains. quiet and sunny location at the end of a dead end road. the hiking and snow sports regions are easy to reach in a short time (eg Adelboden / Lenk in 20 minutes by car) Guest access north-east side of the house, place for seat outside Other things to note observe the lower room h(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) please conside, that you heat by yourself with wood, from october/november to march/april. the firewood is calculated according to consumption. box a 10Kg = 5.00CHF (you need about 1 box per day) electricity: 15kWh per day are included (normal consumption) tourist tax of the municipality CHF 2.60 per person and day (children half) bath / shower towels can be rent for 2.00 CHF / pc. bed for babys and child-seat you can rent for 10 CHF the groceries will be closed in Switzerland from Saturday 5 pm until Monday morning! if you need something before your arrival, I can organize it for you. if you are arriving in winter, please note that your vehicle is equipped with winter equipment and you carry snow chains. you are received by the landlady, who makes them familiar with the apartment, and in the winter months she give you introduced to the heating of the storage. a manual of the apartement is available. a later date than 6 PM for the check-in is not possible for organizational reasons. in the main season, booking only from Saturday to Saturday aviable
