homely, newly renovated apartment, in a typical old house in the Bernese Oberland. the house is quietly located and surrounded mountains, in the countryside. hiking in summer and skiing, snowboarding and snowshoe tours in winter are possible from the front door step the apartement is idealy for 2 persons and a family with children. The space simple and cozy holiday home at 850 meters above sea. like usual in old houses like this, the celling height is lower than accustomed (1.80-2.00m). the 3 rooms are furnished simple and functional. living room with sofa, dining table and comfortable seating oven. bedroom with a double bed and a small room with 2 additional pull-out beds. in the kitchen is the storage stove, which you heat up by your self with wood in the wintertime. this also provides the stovebanket in the living room comfortable with warmth. outside, there is a garden table with chairs, sun umbrella and deckchairs the appartement is idealy for 2 persons. also a family with children should have place enough location: the house is surrounded by meadows above the village, with a wonderfull view of the sourrounding mountains. quiet and sunny location at the end of a dead end road. the hiking and snow sports regions are easy to reach in a short time (eg Adelboden / Lenk in 20 minutes by car) Guest access North-east ground floor, outdoor seating and lawn in front of the house. Other things to note Note the lower room height. The storage stove is heated by you during the heating season. The firewood is calculated according to usage. One box of 10 kg = 5.00 CHF (you need about 1 box per day) Electricity: 15 kWh per day are included (normal consumption) Tourist taxes of the municipality CHF 4.10 per person per day (children half) Bath/shower towels can be rented on site for 2.00 CHF/piece Children's travel cot and high chair can be rented. 10 CHF flat rate. Grocery stores in Switzerland are closed from Saturday 5 pm to Monday morning! If you need anything before your arrival, I can arrange it for you. If you arrive in winter, make sure that your vehicle is equipped with winter equipment and that you have snow chains. Check-in is possible between 3 pm and 6 pm. Please note = for organizational reasons, check-in is only possible until 6 pm. In the peak season, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday
