NB: If you come as 2 and want to make separate beds OR if you come as 3 (for all or part of the stay), indicate 3 people on your reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS 🖊 Atypical maisonette ("triplex" style) in the quiet of a private passage and hidden behind a door of the Désiré le Hoc shopping street, 50 m from Place Morny. It has been VOLUNTARILY furnished for 2 people who share the same bed (the sofa does not open and the extra bed is closed with a padlock). 🖊EQUIPMENT: - real queen size bed 160 x 200 on mezzanine (access by miller's ladder) - High-Speed WiFi, Freeboix & NETFLIX - 2 SMART TVs (including 1 4K large screen) - sealed safe - kitchenette: fridge, induction cooktop, combination oven, NESPRESSO, kettle and toaster - storage - ironing kit - small bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and toiletries "like in a hotel" 🛎 The maisonette is NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE: narrow staircase with staggered steps to access the 1st floor + miller's ladder to access the bed (see photos) in the attic. 🛎 You have on site THE NECESSARY for a START of stay: 2 coffee capsules, 1 tea towel, 1 roll of toilet paper, individual bottles + 1 bar of soap for the toilet, condiments... Its last ranking dates from 2023 (valid for 5 years).
