The house is spacious, well-equipped and ideal for those seeking tranquility, practicality and fun in one place. The space The house 2M Centro option, has a privileged location where guests can walk to Rua do Lazer. Amenities: - Room 1 (Suite): 1 double bed 3 single; - Bedroom 2 ( Suite - Upper floor): 1 Double Bed; - Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed, 1 single bed; - Room 4: 1 Double Bed; All rooms with air-conditioning, fans, curtains, good quality beds with a sheet, pillow, has 4 bathrooms with hot water, a box and a mirror. Full kitchen containing, microwave, electric oven, sandwich maker, refrigerator, stove 5 burners, blender, bowls, dishes, cutlery and glasses. 42"TV room ( multi-channel) , sofa and fiber optic wifi. We have a swimming pool in the size of 9x4 m with waterfall, hydromassage and solar heating. We have three hammocks and garage for 4 cars. Leisure area: Chairs, 2 rustic tables, 2 sun loungers, barbecue, gas cooker, woodstove and 1 vertical freezer and a pool. IMPORTANT: 1 - The lessee must maintain adequate silence during the day and, in particular, after 10 p.m., respecting the laws of good neighbourhood and municipal law.
