The space This spacious top-floor apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached by stairs. The apartment is ideal for a family or group of 4-6 people. Apartment layout: • entrance/lounge area • 2 bedrooms (air conditioning in summer) • kitchen • bathroom • toilet The entrance/lounge area has a double/French bed (1.20x2.00 m bed), TV, and access to 2 separate bedrooms, a very spacious kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms share a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds that can be expanded to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and an Austrian-style dining area. This dining area can be expanded to accommodate 12 people upon request when both apartments are rented. Tom's Hütte is a house with 2 rental apartments. If you also rent the ground floor apartment, you can comfortably stay in this house with 12 people! Towels and bed linen are provided in this apartment. Guest access You have rented the entire apartment and it is accessible only to you. In the basement/cellar there is also a shared area with the ski boot heater.
