The Brewers Arms Room 1

This is a twin room (2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom. Located in the town centre in a separate building next to a lovely pub. We are only a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Breakfast is not included in the price but there are several cafes only a minutes walk away. The room has a TV, kettle and mugs, tea and coffee etc. and towels are provided. The pub does have karaoke every Thursday and live bands every Saturday so please understand there will be noise from the pub on these nights. The space There is a communal area containing a fridge, microwave and toaster for guests use, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is also a washer/dryer. Guest access Guests have private access to the property situated near the pub. Each room has a lockable door.
