Šumava National Park is about a 60-minute drive away, and it takes about 90 minutes to get to Lipno Reservoir. In winter, in addition to relaxing, you are welcome to go winter hiking or take a detour to the Erlenberg ski resort in Thurmansbang, about 8 km away, provided there is snow, of course. Shopping options are about 1.5 km (0.9 miles) away, also easily accessible via the bike path. There are also plenty of dining options very close by.
